1. Log in to the WISE platform
Open the WISE website and sign in using the credentials linked to your business account.
2. On the main page, click on the balance you want to view
Under the “Balances” ("Egyenlegek") section, you will see all currencies for which you hold an account. Select the one you’d like to download the history for.
3. Go to the Statements section
After clicking on the selected balance, you will be taken to the page shown in the image. On this page, click on the “Statement” ("Kivonat") option.
4. Set the details for the statement you want to download
Configure the fields highlighted in green in the screenshot to generate the required statement:
Date range (Dátum): Select the period you want to download (e.g., 1 March 2025 – 31 March 2025).
Your balance or Jar (Az egyenleged vagy Perselyed): Confirm once more which currency balance you want to download the statement for.
Choose file format (Válassz formátumot): Select PDF and XLSX or CSV — accounting requires both. This means you will need to download two files for the same period from the same account.
Statement language (Milyen nyelvű legyen a kivonat?): Select the appropriate language (usually Hungarian).
Additionally, make sure to tick the following options:
“Show transactions with fees displayed separately.” ("Tranzakciók megjelenítése külön megjelenített díjakkal.")
“Stamp and sign the document...” ("A dokumentum legyen lepecsételve és aláírva...")
*You can open this dropdown under “Your balance or Jar” to select the appropriate currency as shown below:
**In the “Choose file format” section, you can select from the following file types:
5. Download
Once all settings are correct, click the Download (Letöltés) button.
If the system asks for your password after clicking Download, enter the password you use to log in.
Important information:
File formats: To ensure your accountant can use the data you download, make sure to select both PDF and XLSX or CSV formats.
Sending the files: Send the downloaded files to the alias email address you normally use for submitting accounting documents.
Security: Always handle your banking data securely and send it only to trusted recipients.
